Debby Watkiss/Dean Watkiss The clubhouse is available to any eligible homeowner for personal use such as family functions and get-together's, but is not to be used by individual homeowners for business purposes. Use of the clubhouse is free with a $500 deposit which can be returned if the clubhouse is left in the condition in which it is found. Note that since sound carries very easily across the water, homeowners and their guests are expected to respect other Marina Bay residents by controlling any enthusiasm and noise. If you would like to reserve the Yacht Club please contact Debby or Dean either by e-mail (prefered) or phone well ahead of your scheduled function date as the Yacht Club is reserved on a first come basis. Please ensure "Yacht Club Reservation" is in the Subject Line of your e-mail. We can confirm the availability of the Yacht Club at that time. Call us at least three days prior to the reservation date to ensure we can set a date and time where we can provide you with a key and instructions on accessing the Yacht Club. We will require proof of residency, the deposit of a $500.00 cheque payable to the "Marina Bay Home Owners Association" and the signed agreement prior to obtaining the key to the Yacht Club. The agreement is required so you are aware of your responsibilities and your guests when using the Yacht Club and to ensure the security and the cleanliness of the facilities upon completion of your event. Leave the Yacht Club as you found it and the full deposit will be returned to you. However, if cleaning is required or damages need repair the amount will be deducted from your deposit. The washrooms are common facilities therefore you are not responsible for cleaning the washrooms. If you have any other questions please contact Debby or Dean. |
